Charged extra as I was claiming it on health insurance but then refused to write a receipt so I could claim it on my health insurance. Was told the eftpos receipt would be enough and walked off. Which of course it isn’t.$50 for a 30 minute massage and they leave the room to see customers and answer the phone.

Great massage and good value but they need to pay for a receptionist to answer the phone. It rang 6 times during my massage and the two ladies giving massages took turns answering it and you can hear everything as its just one room with partitions. Not relaxing to hear the phone ringing and waiting for the person to finish.
